Go hassle your boss to get one. If I get no response at all, then I have to assume that technical digkview is zero, which means I automatically reject their product. The included software is fine for basic bus monitoring and they provide an API to tie the device into your own custom applications.
However, I recently was butting heads at work when multiple people needed our old Agilent logic analyzer. I only do this when I find a product that has genuinely made my life easier, and which by extension I think df1-100 also make your life easier.
However, as mentioned above, the storage space is unbelievably insufficient.

In my opinion the Digiview is superior to the Saleae in pretty much every category I can think of, with the exception of no built in CAN Bus support. The zoom buttons, for example, work that way. I work for a manufacturer not related to any of the digiivew being discussed in this thread.
And navigating the capture buffer is a bit awkward. You set up one decoder for each line you're monitoring, so for a full SPI you need two decoders - one for Tx, one for Rx.
It turns out that the Digiview has a plugin development kit PDK.

They update depending on the position of the mouse cursor. You also must specify a chip select line for SPI.
I brought this issue to the attention of the manufacturer and they said they may fix it. They also have a table view that allows you to view protocol data such as I2C in table form. The default upon installation is that each capture is saved in your working project, so that after 10 captures you have 10 data sets.

You raise an interesting point Jeff. October 30, at 4: If they had fixed these 3 main issues, I would diggiview bought one 2 years ago. I wish it had a 1-wire decoder, and that the UART decoders either 1 auto-detected the baud rate, or 2 could be sync'd together so I don't have to change all the decoders if I change baud rate.
Digi-View appears to be the clear technological winner, and yet they are ham-stringing themselves by failing to provide a top-notch UI. Navigating the protocol analyzers is easy once you know the trick.
